Your opinion matters to us! So we’ve put together a short survey so you can tell us how we're doing, and what you'd like to see more of on the Inside Adsense blog. We hope you'll take the time to let us know what's on your mind -- click to give us your feedback.
If you’re keen on letting us know how you feel about our product and support, remember that you can opt-in to receive invitations to test new features, surveys about Google AdSense, and heads up about opportunities to provide feedback about your experiences by email. To do so, log-in to Google AdSense and visit the settings page under the 'My Account' tab, edit your 'Email Preference' by checking the box next to 'Google market research,' and click 'Save Changes.'
We look forward hearing from you!

thank you so much, and I hope you can fix the problem of login from my Google account, it's a very old problem and wonder why you still didn't fix it.
thanks.
P.S: Correct the survey link above.

I have sent about 10 emails to your company and no reply yet.
my site was deactivated (with instructions on how to fix it), and it has been many weeks that I have been
waiting for it to be re-activated "automatically", after I removed all
adsense code from my search engine weeks ago. but nothing has happened yet.

The feedback link is still not working.
Hmmm . . . impossible to talk to a real person at Google, and the feedback link has been broken for several days.
The problem with this is that it tends to crystallize the perception that Google does not listen, and is not interested a dialog with publishers.

@Talia re:AdSense in Your City - When will you guys come to the South of France, or Miami Beach? (I live 50-50 in both places.) I could put you up at my humble abode on the Med (19, Corniche de Baoutailla, Carro, Martigues). It would really be great to meet you in person.

Hi
I am volunteer admin for Creative Cafe a charitable group run by and supporting people with mental health and other disabilities. Our social network is at http://creativecafe.org.uk
We have had Google Adsense on the site since we opened in November 2008. These adverts have never paid us anything unlike others including Project Wonderful ads which have paid us. We need this money to pay our site fees and other costs and reduce our reliance on donations. I gave up looking at the Adsense account some time ago because the amount earned was so low and I thought it would take years to reach the minimum payout. Really Google Adsense seemed like a waste of space on our site but I left them in in case one day they might pay up.
Then last week I had an abrupt email saying invalid activity was detected by Google on our site and our Adsense account had been suspended. There was no explanation or reasons given or details about this so called invalid activity. I was invited to appeal which I did and today have received another abrupt email saying the account is to remain suspended. Again there is no explanation or reason given or details provided about this so called invalid activity. There is noone I can email, no customer support, nowhere to go to get a proper explanation.
I am left feeling upset and cheated by Google and wish I had never allowed Adsense to take up space on our site in the first place. Really you have had two and a half years of free advertising from us and it seems you have no scruples about using a small charitable group like us when you are a huge multi million company. You are offering us no customer service and not even an explanation about what this so called invalid activity is supposed to be. I think it is a disgraceful situation and I feel we have been totally let down by Google Adsense.

My opinion matters.... wow, thats great.
I do have an adsense account with a Electronic bank account, I like to switch back to Western Union because my bank account doest work anymore.
Maybe a good idea to fix this or give a working workaround.
(when I transfer my adsense account to another name I sill cannot change the Electronic Bank into Western Union.)
In short, I'm making money for you, but I can't cash my part of it...
