An ad serving issue yesterday, August 31st, from 4:30pm PDT to September 1st, 2am PDT caused less relevant ads or public service announcements (PSAs) to appear on some publisher pages. This was mostly limited to regions of Asia. Our engineers have now resolved the issue, and ad targeting has returned to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

thanks for resolving the problem can you tell me what the problem was actually because 1 or may be 2 months ago we see an error in earnings same like this one (some time earnings $50 and some time 20)and that error was also for a while

I find that relevant ad targets are getting suddenly changed and irrelevant ads start appearing on the site. Please try to resolve this problem.

Is this issue still ironing out, we can see nothing but PSA on our site and its been like this for 2 days now? When will the pages get refreshed, after a recrawl?

My site www.appliances.co.uk is still showing public service ads on every page. Since the 31st august.
I emailed several times but all i get is the same automated responce..Please provide URL i do provide it then they send me the same message to provide URL again..
Its like banging your head against a wall.
Please help!

A further 5 days down the line and we are still seeing PSAs where there should be Link Ad Units, if this is going to be a permanent change or Google now require us to jump through a particular hoop then can you please let us know what has changed or what we need to do, here.
After watching Hal Varians You Tube video on Ad Rank, he states how important keeping, advertisers, users and Google happy is - This 'blip' seems a real conundrum?

I am still having problems with irrelevant ads on my site planet-jobs.blogspot.com/ Previously relevant ads were being displayed but since last 10 days ads not pertaining to the site content are being displayed. Please rectify this problem.

Despite dropping details of the issue here and reporting the problem we have had no word back from Google and no change to the Ads being shown. We have no choice other than to remove all ad units due to the lack of response. I can't believe Google aren't interested in assessing and addressing the problem! If they treat all customers in this manner then there won't be a Google in 2 years time!

File a report and the Google Fraud Department will investigate.

This issue does not seem to be resolved, I have been having irrelevant ads the past couple of days, and have been noticing irrelevant ads and PSAs on other sites, especially on sites with image ads.
