Two upcoming maintenance periods

We'd like to let you know about two upcoming maintenance periods for the system which processes AdSense statistics. As a result, you may see slight delays in your reports during these times:

Wednesday, June 3: 3pm - 6pm PDT (GMT -07:00)
Saturday, June 6: 10am - 2:30pm PDT (GMT -07:00)

Please be assured that you'll be credited for all valid clicks, impressions, and earnings generated, and these temporary delays will not impact the amount you earn. In addition, you'll still be able to sign in to your AdSense and Ad Manager accounts during these hours, and your ad serving and targeting won't be affected.

We understand that many of you check your stats multiple times a day, and so we hope this notice helps alleviate any concern on your part. Thanks for your patience, and if you'd like to learn more about how frequently your reports are usually updated, we recommend reading this past Inside AdSense post.

Went to the forum and no reply. I have a slight problem. "Click the Please enter your PIN link" does not exist in my payment history and it also shows that it is on hold, when someone replied that it isn't. I reached a $100 in May and have never been sent a PIN and there is no place to request another. What do I do?

Does anyone know how to find an e-mail for Adsense or otherwise reach a human being? I have a question that's unique to my account and is not answered by any of the forums or other generic self-help offerings. It's possible that this issue will interfere with Google Adsense being able to direct-deposit funds, and so it's kinda important.

How do you reach a person?

yep, just when the revenues get built back up, you do a maintenance and down they go again. There is definitely something wrong and as long as it's in Google's favor, they really don't care, in fact, it's likely intentional.

Please help! I can't find any way to get help on this issue. I opened an AdSense account that I never used about a year ago or so. Now I'd like to actually take advantage of things, but it keeps telling me: "Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started."

How is this possible if I signed up well over a year ago? Also, this issue is stopping me from taking advantage of $50 of free Google Ad words through Intuit (when I go to sign in, I get this same Ad Sense issue). There is no way to contact you other than through this blog, so I hope someone can help!

Since 19 June, 2009, very large number of publishers are facing error in reporting of their total earnings in "since last payment". This is because of an error that has crept in your entry next to "since last payment" with a date of last cheque issued instead of 1st of the month after the last payment month. Hope it is rectified soon. For example, in my account, last payment was for period ending 28 Feb 2009. So date to be entered next to "since last payment" in advanced report should be 1 March 2009, but the date of last cheque issued, 12 March 2009 is entered. So total earnings are less by the amount earned between 1 March and 12 March 2009.
