Stats catching up

Last night for a short period of time, we experienced a technical issue that prevented publishers from accessing their AdSense and Google Ad Manager accounts. Our engineers have resolved the issue, so you can now log in to your accounts. Please note that ad targeting and serving were not affected during this time.
You may notice a slight delay in your reports for the next few hours as a result of this issue, but no statistics have been lost. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Arlene, hope you will be able to comment on this.I have recovered impressions and clicks, but my eCPM is 1/5th of what it was before the maintenance (it's based on hundreds of thousands of impressions, so it's statistically valid). Nothing has changed, same website, same traffic sources, same CTR...but just after maintenance, I am just getting an eCPM almost 1/5th... and that kind of coincidence is really annoying. Can it be a side effect of stats not yet fully collected and tallied together (impressions, CTR, and clicks are in line with what they should be... just earnings are far from what they should be)

JP, I believe google has serious problem with their site and internal software. I haven't had such bad experienced problem with any company than adsense and yes you wrote right in other post they are good for big publishers. My earning is 60% down comparing to 2008.

I noted this in a comment on the previous post, but wanted to let you know here as well -– I consulted our engineers, and they responded that the issue last night and resulting stats display delay didn’t affect the recording of revenue. Some publishers may notice fluctuations in their stats during the course of the day, but these stats should stabilize by the end of the day.
If I hear anything else from the engineers that might help address what you’re seeing, I’ll be sure to let you know.

Arlene, this is not about fluctuation. In the last 24 hours, my earnings dropped by 80% when nothing else changed as I mentioned (impressions, ctr, clicks, website, traffic source), and it's based on hundreds of thousands of impressions.
Is there a support email (I know Google don't dare / care to have its publishers who bring in the money give them a call...so may be an email would be acceptable...)

I think everything about Google might be going screwy. My Google PageRank is nosediving, so I'm getting less AdSense money. The more unique content I add, the worse the PageRank gets. The more I focus on my visitors and don't worry about search engines, the worse my PageRank gets. I'm getting pretty tired of the whole thing. Google is like a fickle King that punishes you for crazy rules that only exist in his head.
I've seen sites with a higher PageRank than mine that are made of random pieces of sentences stolen from other sites (including stuff stolen from my own site).
I think Google might be in need of an extreme enema.

ok, now this is a serious issue. To test things, I moved my traffic to my business Adsense account (same website, but different ad units created under my business adsense account...). Guess what? My eCMP reverted to what it was 2 days ago... meaning I have now quadrupled my earnings after having being screwed off during 30 hours... This is simply not acceptable and this clearly constitutes a proof something is wrong and Google does not matter to just take money form their publisher when they want.
I would really like to read what 'engineers' have to say about this... BTW, I was averaging $2,000 a day with Adsense when this occured. Of course I understand google prefers taking an extra $1500 margin, but still I don't accept it.

i definitely lost click. based on the stat from another service, i've got several clicks from yesterday but no clicks were recorded in adsense. are they done catching up? i'm loosing revenue.

This is not just a problem from last night. My Adsense account has been nosediving throughout the month of April. There have been only two or three days so far this month where my earnings have been normal. Normal being the consistent level of earnings I have achieved for the past two years. I haven't made changes to my web site that would justify this sudden change. My theory is that clicks are not being recorded on my account.
Please tell us what is going on. Is this situation going to continue for much longer? Adsense doesn't seem like such a good idea if I won't even generate enough income to get paid this month.
A clear explanation of the problem and what will be done about it would be VERY much appreciated.

Since Maintenance, I had lost my CPM, Before maintenance, I have hundred impression and get pay for CPM. But Now, I have hundred impression and Get Zero CPM ?
How can this happen ? Please help, Its hard to me Because I use Large Image for adsense, delay for my customer and get nothing for it. Please help

I totally agree with JOJY, especially about the earnings down from 2008. Mine too are down over 50%. Nothing has changed regarding my website. There is something very inaccurate about AdSense

I am experiencing some problems with my earnings report also. Same number of page impressions, clicks, no earnings reported. There should be some type of email address or some other contact point to clarify why my earning are not consistent with my traffic.
