AdSense for content bug now fixed

We wanted to let you know that yesterday at around 2pm PST, a bug in our system caused less relevant contextually-targeted ads to appear for approximately 10 hours. You were still credited for all valid clicks and impressions on the ads which appeared on your sites, but this bug may have impacted your overall AdSense for content revenue if you had visitors to your pages during these hours. Please note that because we're unable to determine which ads would have been viewed or clicked on by visitors to your sites in the absence of the bug, we will not be manually adjusting yesterday's earnings.
Our engineers have now resolved the issue and have confirmed that ad targeting has returned to normal. We apologize for this issue; please know that our engineers are performing a thorough analysis of what occurred and will make changes to prevent similar problems from happening in the future.

My ads are still displaying irrelevant ads, I guess I'll wait for them to update.
One question though, how do you contact AdSense support because a bot automatically answers the questions with irrelevant answers that make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

i dont know why the earnings vary so often.......sometimes...i got lots of clicks ...less earning....and sometimes less clicks but more earnings...dont understand this....
god bless me got 123 click and lot of earning.......and after some day got 160 click got only 3.00 dollars....its really complex to understand.....
can anyone make me clear about whats going on???

I notice that every time new future added to adsense or any changes of the system new low earning and problems come, can you please stop upgrading adsense if it will create low earning and bug's

he bug appeard in march 2nd, not yesterday and not for just 10 hours. this is pretty bad and maybe it would be a good thing to do an exercise of imagination and think more and more about One Day Without Google

A real persons email address would be helpful. The ones that respond as bots are totally useless. I agree and kudos to Chroncile and Ridwan...
Had a realy adsense partner been able to contact a real adsense person, the bug would not have lasted so long. Bondage clothing offered on a childs site. Hrmph!

just wanna give my feed back here about the low earning caused by systems updates.
I just don't understand, when ever there is an update my earning go down hill.
just try to keep the system simple [Kiss) like it was before.
And its really simple if we make more money then google make us well more money and vice versa.
I did happen to notice this changes since the first update about two mounths ago.
I hope you 'll fixe the problem guys.

It's not fixed. My Adsense for Domain impression (not revenue) reports were consistently performing at a certain rate and then last week impressions dropped about 90% and have remained that low. This is type-in traffic impressions, behavior would not have changed that drastically and consistently on one specific day. It's the reporting. No one answers on the forums. Google won't take questions. I'm not really sure what else I can do?

I don't think that everything is working alright. Ads on our website went crazy yesteday (March 11). There are 3 scenarios.
1. ads are shown properly - 10% of times
2. public ads are served - 30% of times
3. no ads at all just blank spaces - 60% of times

I use adsense search box. The result page is shown inside my blog page(Blogger).Adsense policy says:
Can I show ads on AdSense for search results pages in my own site?
We ask that you don't place any additional ads, including text, image or video ad units, on pages with framed search results. However, you're welcome to place a link unit or an AdSense for search box on the page.
You know the ads in widgets will show in all pages. When the search result page in my site shows up, there will be all my ads and there will be ads shown through adsense for search also.
Now you got it!
So what can be done?

Earning from Adsense are going down every single day :-( Might be the recession but seems adsense is more or less dead. Maybe people just see adsense on every single sites so they simply don't click anymore before they ignore them completely?!
