As a friendly reminder, AdSense checks expire after 6 months, so once you get your check in the mail please don't forget to deposit it.
If you're holding onto to a check and it expires, your account will be placed on hold and you'll need to re-select a form of payment to resume payments the next time you've crossed the US $100 threshold. For many of you, you may consider trying EFT, Western Union, or local currency checks if they're available in your country. If you don't yet see your preferred payment option for your country yet, please know we're working hard to add additional forms of payment in the future.
So no lolly-gagging! Once you've got your payments, it's off to the bank with you to count all your ad-dollars and ad-cents!

I'm having problem to use my Adsense because I can't verify my phone number nor the PIN.
The problem is that I used a US address in order to apply to Adsense and now the system requiers a US-based phone number.
I tried to change my address with no luck so far.
I've tried to contacted Google in several way with no success.
Please, help me solve my problem.

I chose the option 1 and send My government issued id card with
mailing address as it appears on my adsense account in English
language.
After that Adsense support replied

I hate expired checks. The best thing is to get direct deposit. You can't go wrong with that & it saves you a trip to the bake & faster deposits.

Can anyone help? I had a check expire several months ago, and I have repeatedly verified my address and payment method, but my checks are still on hold and it's really starting to add up for me. I request for holding my oct 2008 check at 25th nov 2008, and today its 21th dec 2008. But google is not placing hold on my check.
I submit my request for holding check 3 times via adsense help section and drop them email at adsense-support@google.com but no one is replying me, i need money badly. It never happen with me. I am very much upset since last 10 days.
Now if google will not stop my check , so will my check expire within 6 months and i will need to earn 100$target again???

I've no idea how did it expire and its not important. Important is i confirmed my address and i've selected form of payment again but im still getting "Your payments are currently on hold." in adsense reports.
Do i have to wait for pin to arrive again?

My check was returned due to a zip code change, and I can't get anyone to lift the hold from my account. I changed my address and there continues to be a pink warning box on my page... Is there a better email address to use than the adsense-support@google.com ?
Update... All holds were removed and Google handled it right away with my second email. Anitha with Adsense is Awesome.
I have requested a repayment at least 5 times (over a 4 month period) with no response, reply or resolution. My account shows a payment of $132 being issues to me, but I never received anything.
I really need some assistance or at least someone to get back to me and not just a form letter response.

The "You've had an expired payment - Please select or verify a form of payment" seems to be happening to many publishers of adsense users. I am also having the problem since 3 months and i even added more landmarks to my address, did everything that i could grab from the information in my publisher account, but nothing seems to be working, have any of you guys had a solution, do post it here so that i can go that way and check myself

I have my payments on hold and that how I want it.
However, in February adsense sent me a check anyway and shortly after I got a message adsense made a misstake and told me not to cash it, the fund will be put back into my account, hense I didn't.
Until today I have NOT got my money back into my account, and I tried to contact someone/anyone at adsense by email many times, but no luck.
Hopefully someone from adsense will see this and contact me about this.
