Two weeks ago, we let you know that the PIN and phone verification processes would be automatically triggered at $10, rather than $50. Along those same lines, we've also updated how it works to choose a form of payment and enter tax information in your account. Because we don't pay out earnings of less than $10, you'll only be able to choose a form of payment and enter your tax info once your earnings reach $10. When you first sign up for AdSense and log in to your account, these options won't be available yet.

I have earned $69,28 but I still not see a prompt on my payment history page to select a form of payment, enter my tax information, enter my phone verification or view the date of my PIN delivered.
Pls advise me on this. Thanks.

There are dozens of other people who are facing the same issue but no reply from Google.
We all have more than 10 in our accounts and some have even more than hundred but we can not enter payment method and or tax info.
I have been earning from adsense from a quite long time... now, all the 3 mailers for pin have passed, i am not getting any pins from google, after that the ads that i was serving were converted to public serving.. what to do now?? why should i suffer because of google's mistake..??

Its been a while since I reached my 10$ milestone about four or five months to be presis.
And believe me you dont have to worry at all. Adsense's all process is totally automated. You will be able to enter your tax info and your pin will be sent only after your payment history page shows earnings of more than 10$ in the previous month.
If you havent recieved your pin that means two things you either mistyped your adress or your country's postal service is to be blamed(not google).
