For instructions on removing any holds on your account, visit your Payment History page and look for a 'Required Actions' box at the top of the page.

Now, telephone verification works, another problem, my mum answered the telephone, (I am not in China now) but she doesn't understand single word.....however, she did tell me a number appeared on the telephone screen.......
can someone help??? what else can I do???
